• VAT for reselling electronic

Hi, I plan to buy thermal cameras from an authorized distributor in Bangalore and resell in Bangalore. Do we need to collect VAT from customer and what rate? Also, do I collect Sales tax? 
We will also be providing a service along with the physical goods. Is the service item taxed at a separate rate from the physical camera?
