Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well !!

You can put the details of your Indian address and  tax jurisdiction.

In India, TIN is officially called Permanent Account Number (PAN).

Your jurisdiction of residence would be UAE and since you were a non resident in India and resident in UAE also there would be some number which UAE government would be providing to its citizens mention that.

Hope you find the information helpful if you do please rate it 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.

Thank you

As per the instructions provided if your country doesn't provide any tax identification number for individuals you can provide passport number.

A person can in such case mention his business license number or alternatively refer to VAT registration number.  In case any notice arises, this fact should be mentioned in the primary submissions to be filed.

Hello,

If you don't have tax paying identification number in UAE, you can mention any other registration number or VAT registration no. or else just mention XXXXXXXXX or NIl.
