An LUT is deemed to be accepted as soon as acknowledgement for the same is being received, which is the ARN number.  A lot of my clients have had the same issue. Hence, there's nothing to worry. It's just a time consuming process sometimes.

Yes, LUT once filed online is deemed to be accepted unless any notice is received for rejection or other requirements.

It is absolutely valid.

You can use ARN number as LUT number.

As per recent instructions LUT will be deemed to be Valid once applied. You need to quote only ARN number and date while issuing the export invoices.
