Thanks for the answer, but what i want to know is can i get refund for that in my bank account or not?
Yes, refund will be credited in your bank account. You need to file the returns monthly and quarterly after obtaining LUT.
If you havent still registered for GST you wont get refund for GST paid by you before this but now you can obtain GST registration and provide your GST number to Google and later when they charge GST on you, you may claim refund.
Hope you find the information helpful if you do please rate it 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.
Thank you.
Yes, refund shall be credited in your bank account only once refund application is made.
In order to apply for the same, you must have claimed the credit first in the GSTR 3B returns. The refund of the accumulated ITC balance shall be claimed in RFD 01. Also, you must possess FIRCs for the foreign inward remittances.
Hello,
Firstly, you need to register under GST and file returns, whether you have obtained LUT or not. Then only you can apply for a refund, of either IGST paid or accumulated input credit available, under RFD-01.
I hope this answer satisfies your requirement.
