Hi

Apart from the income tax department, only you can view your 26AS statement by using your income tax login credentials. Without your login credentials, nobody else could see your 26AS statement.

Hi,

Incomes reflecting or appearing in 26AS are available to the income tax department for verifying the tax details. However, to work on income reporting, you need to check the category and tax provisions to design the tax planning structure.

Thanks

Hello, Except you only income tax authorized person can view your Form 26AS from Income tax portal. Also you can check your form 26AS through net banking.

If the income belongs to you and under the preview of TDS, it will show  in your 26AS, and you have to record it or disclose it in your ITR.

So there are 2 things - salary coming in bank account which do not have your Pan. But in 26AS it is reported under your Pan.

Firstly, getting in bank account is different form 26AS. If you are the lega owner of salary and taxes are deducted on that salary then it will definately shown in 26 As. Otherwise you will not get TDs credit.  The bank account in which the salary comes can be changed by informing the employer and you should do correct KYC with bank.

It will show in form 26AS because your employer might be deducting TDS on same.

Form 26AS and bank statement are different.

You need to know the basics. I would suggest you to have a phone consultation with me to understand the basics.

You have given pan no and that bank account detail to your employer.  That's why it's getting reflected there.

The salary would be reflecting in 26AS statement as your employer would have your PAN card.

Since in the employer's records, you are the employee and receiving salary, it would be reflected in your 26AS statement only.

Salary credited will come in 26AS. The only way to avoid it being viewed by anybody is open another bank account in which your salary can be credited.

Dear Sir,

If you don't want your Salary Income to be shown in form 26AS, then ask your employer not to deduct TDS on it. Otherwise, there is no such way that the TDS get deducted but it should reflect in form 26AS.

It is companies liability to deduct your salary if they have employed you and your salary is above a certain limit.

For you they wont stop complying to Income tax rules and invite problems.

Only you can see your 26AS or the person, to whom you authorize to file ITR.

If you are getting salary then it must show in your 26AS.

If your salary is above 5 lakh they will have to deduct TDS its compulsory its their liability.
