Hello, all I am hosting a tube website contents on it xxx, I confuse about Tax and which type of registration allowed for adult website, (LLC, LTD, LLP, PVT) because its growing now, and I want to protect it, I want to do business online, 1) e-commerce 2) tube website 3) Import-export products from aboard and sell on amazon etc.. In reference to your query, please note that hosting, procuring, marketing, selling adult content in India either in the form of visual content, tangible item or any other form is not allowed as on date by the government and therefore there is no legal route for your query.
Please advise in case of any other clarification.

As mentioned earlier, trading and dealing in adult products is not allowed in India as of now, whether in store format or online module, through legal routes.
Amazon does not allow listing of such products.
