Are you staying in India?

Is your business situated in India?

If answer to both above questions is no then you are not required to pay any tax in India.

Hope you find the information helpful if you do please rate it 5 and provide your valuable feedback for my improvement.

Thank you

Dear Sir,

In reference to your query, it is assumed that your base of operations is also in Canada, whence the service you are providing is outside India as well as the service recipients are outside India.

In that scenario there would not be any GST liability on you.

Please advise in case of any further clarification.

Thanks & Regards,

CA Aditya Dhanuka.
