• Documentary Eveidnce Required to Substantiate Capital Gain Tax

What are the Documentary Evidence Required to Substantiate Capital Gain Tax:
For eg. I have purchased a flat for which deed of purchase between myself and builder of the flat was done in 2011. This flat I had sold this flat in December 2015 before registry as registry wasnt offered by builder/ Noida authority due to despite between builder & noida authority. Will this case be considered as long term capital gain.

The gain arising from above sale was invested by myself in 2015 immediately for purchase of another flat.

Dear Manas,

Agreement between you and builder and payment from bank account to builder is sufficient evidence
