Costs incurred while company is being incorporated

Hi, My company is in the process of being incorporated and will take another two months. However, to start off product development, we need to pay the software developer now over the next two months before the company is incorporated. How do I account for this and how do I pay the service tax?

until incorporation you can make payments on behalf of proposed company. Why it should take 2 months to incorporate, it should take only 15 days. Further there cannot be any payment of service tax without incorporation

only on incorporation you can obtain service tax registration.and then pay service tax.
