Deepa Lodha

I am a practicing Chartered Accountant with expertise in Taxation (Direct, GST), Audit (Internal, Tax audit) and Business Consulting. I have over 13 years of aggregate experience across these areas.

My current clientele mainly includes corporates and partnership firms ranging from Rupees 5 to 200 crores in turnover size. I have worked closely with clients towards full GST compliance including registration and return filing for them as well as their key vendors and sub-contractors. Apart from advising clients on taxation and related matters, I also help clients analyse their product / segment level profitability and optimise their capital structure.

In 2015, I decided to start my own CA practice. Prior to that I worked with CRISIL Ltd. on credit analysis and industry research assignments. My role as a Manager in the customised research business was to work directly with clients -- mainly corporates and banks -- to meet their research needs and help them formulate their go-to-market strategy.
