FY 2013-14 Income Tax deduction is not updated in 26AS

Hi, From 2011(June) to 2014 (March) I had been working for Startup company. For the FY 2013-14 the Tax got deduct from my salary every month (which is reflecting in Salary slips). In 2014 (march), I have joined another organization. I have filed my ITR-4 by uploading Form-16 (For FY 2013-14). Later I have received from Income tax department saying there is mismatch in Form-16 and 26AS. That was the first time i heard about 26AS. Later i contacted local authority and checked about my 26AS, I got to know my Previous Employer has not paid the tax which they have deducted from my salary month-wise. When i wrote a letter to my Previous Employer, I got to know that my Previous Company has now closed all its operations. I replied to Income tax Notice by attaching my Form-16 which previous Employer has given. Now, What to do? Who has to pay the Income Tax amount now? Its not my mistake and the employer had deducted tax amount on month-basis. I have all the proofs (Form-16, Salary slips etc..) Regards Prasad B M
