Is it GST mandatory On Dropshipping Business?

Hi my name is shadab khan and i have some questions related to GST. Let me clear my business model first. My business is dropship products from china to any other country except india. Let me give you brief info on that i have a online ecommerce website and i am posting products on my website from chinese website called aliexpress.com which sells product on wholesale rates. I post products on my website with profit and whenever i got order from any country on my website then i purchase it from aliexpress and send it directly to my customer (Product is not imported to india and not exported to another country). My products goes to customers country directly from china. So i want know that in my case should i charge GST from customer because product is from other county and goes to other country never arrived to india never send it from india. If you say that i should charge them then i want to know that how? And how to pay GST to GOVT. In my case. I waiting for your replies i will be very appreciated if you help me in this because i am to much confuse in it. Thanks in advance.
