I have been audited and need advice about what I should do

From United States Liberty, MO Ok so, last year I was in some debt because of back rent and my fiancé and I had a loan and we also owed a lot to our electric. My finances mother, her boyfriend. He has two girls, and we all agreed, that it would be a good idea for me to claim them since they did stay with my finances and I, on and off, when we were taking care of them. So I claimed the children and we spit the money, of course I had their consent to do this. Everything went well, a few months later. The I.R.S audited me, they wanted me to provide some information, but their dad didn't wanna help me with providing the proper information to the I.R.S as they the I.R.S were requesting. Their mother was in prison at the time, I'm assume she still is. The Father is in jail, and he doesn't even have his kids anymore. I owe $8500 to the I.R.S that I absolutely cannot pay. I only make $10,000 annually and that's me working full time. So I wanted to ask for expert advice about what I should do.
