TDS payment as per share / actual payment

Context: We are in the process of buying a land from a developer. Primary applicant is my wife, me and my Dad (62 y/o) are co-applicants. We have paid the first installment (there will be total of three installments until possession of the land). I now need to pay the TDS on the first installment. I understand that each buyer will have to file separate Form 26QB and in each buyer's Form 26QB, the Consideration value (CV) will be Actual CV/3 (no. of buyers). For the first installment of Rs. 10 lacs, I paid 5 lacs, my Dad paid 4 lacs and my wife paid 1 lac. Q1. Under the section "Amount paid/credited currently (B)* in Form 26QB, should each buyer show 3.33 lacs (10 lacs/3) or the actual amount paid as mentioned above? And accordingly pay the required TDS? Q2. Remaining installments until possession will be paid via loan and this would be from a joint account held by me and my wife. For next installments, should my Dad fill Form 26QB / pay the TDS? OR it should just be me and my wife? Thank you.
