mera name Jayesh Patel he. Me Ahmedabad se hu.Mera question ye hain ki mene abhi ek flat kharida hain. Uski loan amount hain 15 Lac. Loan to pass ho gayi hain aur uska check bhi aa gaya hain. 8,50000 ka check builder ke name par hain aur 645000 ka check mere name ka hain. Mene ab tak 14 Lac Rs pay kar diye hain. Flat ki price 20 Lac hain. Ab builder ka kehna hain ki muje baki ke 6 Lac Cash main hi chaihiye.... so muje 645000 ka check meri bank me dalna padega aur mene builder ko 6 Lac ka check diya hain. vo kal tak clear ho jayega....lekin uske bad builder muje vahi amount yani 6 Lac ka check dega ....jo muje meri bank me deposit karvana hain...Phir muje usme se har hafte 20,000 ki limit se har mahine 80000 Rs dene hain. to mera question ye hain ki agar do bar ek hi amount ka transaction ho to muj par koi inquiry beth sakti hain ya Uska 200% ke hisab se koi tax bharna padta hain?? Builder ko Cash me hi payment chahiye. Uske bagair vo hamain Passasion nahi dega. So please reply me fast my mail id is [deleted]
