Tax notice - AY 2015-16 - advice required

sir, my mother in law got a it notice through nms for AY 2014-15 for non-filing. i had submitted a response through compliance section of e-portal that her income was below taxable limit as it was so. information i got through compliance section was that a small amount of tds was cut. on the submission of this compliance i did not hear anything from the dept. till now for ay-2014-15. so there is no issue on this at the moment, but just for your information. now again she has got a notice for ay 2015-16 for non-filing. the notice has been received electronically at the registered e-mail id in a standard format requesting the compliance through e-portal . the problem i am facing is --- when i try to reply this notice through compliance section of "view & submit compliance" there is no information available for ay 2015-16 based on which notice has been issued and what i see is only the remark "you have already submitted response , do you want to resubmit ? " that means this seems to be of ay 2014-15 & there is nothing for ay 2015-16. i also want to highlight the following facts for your information Being a senior citizen her income consists of only Interest income from Bank FDs & Postal MIS there in no tds deduction for ay 2015-16 as she had duly submitted her form 15h & total interest income in part a / a1 is well within taxable limit & there is no other transaction present in as-26 for ay 2015-16. I have duly verified this in the form as26 through her e-portal account also there is no information under "non-pan" transactions" & "accounts with cash transaction" .& she has not received any non-pan transaction communication from the dept for ay 2015-16 under worklist section of her e-portal account there is no action pending or any records under "for your information" now since nothing is pending / no information or reason available for notice issued for ay 2015-16 , i am not able to understand ....why dept has issued a notice & how do i file compliance response for ay 2015-16 in the absence of relevant information. accordingly , i need your guidance for notice of ay 2015-16 ps- how do i send you a copy of notice , i don't see any attachment option here
