Tax as travelling freelancer
Hello. I'm working as a freelancer (software), and I'm constantly travelling, not staying in one place more than 3 months, thus I can't claim tax residency basically anywhere. I'm originally from Lithuania, and I've been freelancing for less than a year, as taxes in Lithuania are really high, I'm looking for options in opening an offshore bank account or/and offshore company with 0%-1% corporate tax, lenient deductions/personal payouts for things such as travelling, rent and not more than 1000$ in yearly upkeep costs. Hong Kong has caught my attention, I've been reading quite a bit about it and it seeems like a viable option, but there's still one factor that's a bit unclear to me - once I have the company open, the bank account open & the money flow going, what are my freedoms operating it, as company owner, perhaps there are some potential overlooked fees and unmentioned taxes? In essence, what would be the difference between owning a personal bank account and owning a bank account of a single person company in HK.
Thank you for your help :)!
