GST Registration approved but can't access the document online

Hello CAs, I am in critical situation. Your advice and answers will be really helpful. I wanted to start my online business for which i contacted one of the CA (through reference) in Hyderabad and he said he will register the Labour License and GST, after which i can start my business. I paid him good amount of money and all the supporting documents to get it started. I received few messages that GST is filed. It got rejected at first because it was filed in different region. It comes under Amberpet region and he had filed under Charminar region due to which it got rejected and he said he will be filing in Amberpet region. But after that the CA is ignoring my calls and not responding to my messages. This week he just forwarded me a mail which says Your Application for New Registration & GST REG-01 in Telangana is approved by the Tax Department. I have received the user id and password to login and get my certificate but the site is not functioning properly. The CA seems me fraud as he is not in contact and might have changed the password as he has registered with his email id. Please guide me what i need to do to get my Registration Certificate. I just need the Certificate so that i can start my business. Please also suggest if i can register any complaints against such people so that people could be aware of such people who call themselves a CA. He says his office is in Uppal but as the office is far away from my place, he came in person to collect all the documents. I don't think he has any office and he is just a normal agent but not the CA. Please also guide me is there any risk on me as he has my Registration Certificate. If i want to make that Registration Certificate void, what i need to do. Any advice will be really helpful.
